The staff was pretty friendly and helped us find nearby casinos and an oceanarium. The room was reasonably large and unique with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms. The overall experience was very nice. Enjoyed the nice interior.

The room was super clean and looked like it had just been renovated. The bathroom was tidy too. There were so many good food choices around. Its location is awesome, right by a cool museum – I really fancied it here! 🌟

Our room was not only well-maintained, but also unique with kitchen and sofa, for instance. The hotel had a central setting to get into the main arena of the conference center.

Close enough to many great restaurants and bars within 3 blocks. Also near main attractions for families, the mall, aquarium, casino, and plenty of places to eat.

This place is well-located in the heart of the city, and the room is spacious, unique, and has a lovely bathroom, while the staff is welcoming and friendly throughout the stay.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Convention Center where we were playing sports. It was also close to the French district and Bourbon Street, which was great for exploring. The room was spacious and had a cute little kitchenette, perfect for storing snacks and drinks. The vintage decor added a charming touch. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast options were limited, with only wrapped pastries and coffee available.

the room we booked was reasonably large with microwave, dishwasher, balcony. the breakfast spread was complimentary, with a great selection of great options.

Had a great stay at Plaza Suites Downtown! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the French Quarter and close to streetcars. The room was comfortable and had all the basic facilities we needed. There were plenty of good restaurants and bars within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
